Open beta release 2.0 :: MobstarGame the mafia based browsergame

Enhancements:
- Check the new country overview... it shares max bet for each casino, bullets in stock with the current price, and also the drugs in stock for that Country Drug Store;
- Check your settings, you can now edit if you want to show connections;
- Updated the profile for owners of a casino, bulletfactory and country drug store. They show off their ownerships through their profile;
- Added a "sell all" function to the GTA in the country that you are active in. You can now easily sell multiple cars through your GTA.

Bugs fixed;
- Some remaining reported issues on GTA;
- Some styling issues;
- Some typo's;
