So you are looking to start a family, right? That's a lot of hard work and gaining trust. When you start a family you become the "Don" the one and only epic boss of the entire operation. But, like always you need great players to become legendary yourself.

Council:
That's why you can start by selecting your left hand and right hand gangsters. The three players are the council. If they are killed the family is dissolved and gone. For good. Including the bank, real estate levels and so much more.

Ministers:
Other important key members are the so called "ministers" of the family. Each minister has a special task. You got:
- Minister of War
- Minister of Communications
- Minister of Constructions
- Minister of Drugs

All ministers got members assigned under them and can report to the council with the results. A minister of war can get special assignments and assign them to soldiers, while the ministers of constructions is the boss over the constructors and must make them work as hard as possible in upgrading the crew real estate.

The money is made by the minister of drugs. That gangster is in control of the drug mules. They transport drugs with crew money making even more money for the crew. The minister of communications is the spokesperson for external affairs regarding the family.

Members:
So, when joining a family as a member you can become a soldier, constructor, drug mule or just a member. That's the start for making your way up into a family and become the most powerful member yourself.
