2.18 - Foundation of the new organized crimes

WIth version 2.18 we have the foundation for the renewed organized crimes in MobstarGame.
We launched with the same organized crimes that all got a brand new look and feel. We also announce three new organized crimes:

1. The Bank Job
A five man hit on a national bank. Two drivers (required special cars that can only be stolen during special events) a leader, weapon expert and an explosive expert.

2. The country Drug Store heist:
A five man hit on the country drug store. This is a player owned casino so you are taking some risks with this operation.

3. The country Bullet Factory heist:
A five man hit on the bullet factory of a specific country. This is a player owned factory so you are taking some risks with this operation.

Support calls fixed:
- Mobile next to the styling issue in 2.17.1 we also fixed the pop-ups in real estate;
- Fixed a blocker issue on crew properties updates when not all slots are occupied.
